Taos News featured a wonderful article about our very own Lisa Sutton in an article about her purchasing Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties (formerly Lota Realty) from her mentor. It’s actually the oldest real estate firm in Northern New Mexico. Now, the Angel Fire and Taos offices are once again under one owner-broker. Together, we feature 19 agents.
In Angel Fire, saled through June were up 21.6 percent over last year. Taos County sales together are up over four percent. Land purchases are up 33 percent. Also, good news for sellers: The days real estate stays on the market have dropped 22 percent. We really appreciate Taos News for disclosing this growing market to the public.
